e-Liquids - e-Liquids purchased incorrectly may be returned only if the box and bottle are fully in tact and no seals have been broken. this must be done within 30 days of purchase.

Hardware - Batteries have limited lifespan but can be returned if faulty up to six months after purchase. If you have purchased a product incorrectly this can be returned as long as it is unused and in its original unopened packaging, within 30 days of purchase.

Atomizers - These product are consumable and so are only eligable for return if they are dead on arrival. If you have purchased a product incorrectly this can be returned as long as it is unused and in its original unopened packaging, within 30 days of purchase.

Clearomizers - These product are non returnable once used. If you have purchased a product incorrectly this can be returned as long as it is unused and in its original unopened packaging, within 30 days of purchase.
